The clerk of the court that heard the case determines where a case file is held and whether it is available. The Administrative Office of the Courts does not maintain the individual Taylor County case file.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons locator covers sentenced federal prisoners in its records. The ICE Detention Reporting and Information Line is 1-888-351-4024, Monday through Friday except holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern. A result from either system does not settle the disposition of a Taylor County court case.
